2. What data we process
This website uses no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising code, and contains no forms. We do not collect personal data when you view the website.
If you contact us by email or phone, we use the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, the content of your message) only to answer your enquiry and to prepare any offer.
3. Legal basis and retention
The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We keep correspondence for up to 2 years after the contact ends, unless the law requires longer retention (for example, accounting records).
4. Hosting provider
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; cloudflare.com/privacypolicy) via Cloudflare Pages. The provider may process technical log data needed for operation and security (such as IP address and time) for a short period. Cloudflare participates in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and data transfers rely on it and on standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of its processing, and you may object to processing at any time. Please send your request to levelup@levelup.hu.
